These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Excart POS (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Application
Excart POS is provided as an offline-first point of sale system for small and medium businesses. You are responsible for how you use the App and for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store billing systems.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You may cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- All payments are handled by the respective app store.
3. Cloud Features
Cloud backup and restore features are optional. By enabling cloud services, you agree that certain account and device information may be processed for activation and verification purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
Excart POS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from misuse or device failure.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to cloud services if these Terms are violated.
6. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Dokumen ini merupakan Syarat dan Ketentuan penggunaan aplikasi Excart POS. Dengan menginstal atau menggunakan aplikasi, Anda dianggap telah membaca dan menyetujui ketentuan berikut.
1. Penggunaan Aplikasi
Excart POS dirancang sebagai sistem kasir berbasis offline-first untuk bisnis kecil dan menengah. Pengguna bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan aplikasi serta kepatuhan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku.
2. Langganan & Pembayaran
Beberapa fitur memerlukan langganan aktif. Pembayaran diproses melalui Google Play atau Apple App Store.
- Langganan diperpanjang otomatis kecuali dibatalkan.
- Pembatalan harus dilakukan minimal 24 jam sebelum periode berakhir.
- Seluruh transaksi pembayaran dikelola oleh penyedia toko aplikasi.
3. Fitur Cloud
Fitur cloud bersifat opsional. Dengan mengaktifkannya, pengguna menyetujui pemrosesan data akun dan perangkat untuk keperluan verifikasi dan aktivasi.
4. Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Excart POS disediakan sebagaimana adanya ("as is"). Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan data, gangguan bisnis, atau kerusakan akibat penggunaan yang tidak sesuai atau kegagalan perangkat.
5. Penghentian Layanan
Kami berhak menangguhkan atau menghentikan akses ke layanan cloud jika terjadi pelanggaran terhadap syarat dan ketentuan ini.
6. Perubahan Ketentuan
Syarat dan ketentuan ini dapat diperbarui sewaktu-waktu. Penggunaan berkelanjutan setelah perubahan berarti Anda menyetujui versi terbaru.
